Absolut Vodka Review

Eyellusionist reviews another rare deck, the absolut vodka's.

If you've been on the fence about getting these, this video might help.

They were printed at the USPCC.

I remember Jamie posting a comment on decknique about him asking them at the USPCC, getting the response that they were sold out.

I think most people definnitely already want these, but they\'re hard to find nowadays! as Palmer memorably said \"its like trying to faro sheets of plywood into each other\" good review Alan but one suggestion, I\'d like some text on the screen to help highlight the important talking points. 4 stars!

Great review. I love the ones I got because they fan so well when powdered. They are thin and smooth.

@ everyone, Thanks for all the kind words, I\'m going to be putting out a lot of these in the coming weeks, the idea is a new deck every week and I\'m reviewing some rarely done decks so keep an eye out.

@trashmanf I\'m glad to see someone asking for the text, I was battling with the idea and you\'ve helped reaffirm it, look for talking point text on the next video!

Cheers,

Alan

I think if you wants to do a review, do it without powder. Review the original condition first then followed by a powdered review.

Yoshi,

You\'re absolutely correct. I never powder a deck before I review it, I think it would mislead people too much. I don\'t own \"stock\" pardon the pun, in any of the companies that produce these cards so I try to be as unbiased as possible.

That\'s another reason I\'ve never reviewed a custom deck yet either, I\'m not sure I\'d be able to give a fair and unbiased opinion, so for now I\'ll stick to USPCC or deck not made by Ellusionist, Theory 11, Magic Network, Magic Makers etc. I have a bias on those.

Maybe I\'ll change that someday, maybe I won\'t. I know that there are plenty of decks to keep me busy before I have to worry about that.

Cheers,

Alan
